Measuring Guidelines and Sizing Diagrams
Please understand that we offer merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer. Pets come in a variety of sizes and shapes, and as such, no two are alike. We suggest that you measure your pet carefully, when making your selection, according to your dog's actual measurements rather than size or pet weight or by pet breed. If in doubt please contact us at info@daiseysdoggiechic.com Our staff is ready to assist in any sizing concerns you may have. We are delighted to help you make the best choices for your pet.
The following is a collection of sample measuring guides designed to assist in proper measurement of your pet. You may also refer to the size chart guides provided for each garment on its garment/item description pages.
How to Measure For Clothing and Collars
A. Measure length of pet's back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Also if dog has a stout build, a deep chest, or is overweight, we recommend going up a minimum of one size for proper fit. If dog is long-backed, like a Dachshund, a smaller size is recommended.
