What is my pet's size?

No two pets are the same, in fact our pets come in all different sizes and shapes. It is important that proper measurements are taken to assure proper fit.  Paying close attention to actual measurement of your pet's girth, neck and back length will be a valuable tool in determining your pet's size. Please understand that we offer merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer as well as from garment to garment. Please do not assume that all sizes are manufactured the same. Each manufacturer styles their garments and items differently and may use a different form of measurement.   We suggest that you measure your pet carefully using our size charts for each item as a guide when buying our clothing, collars, bandanas or headpieces, pet beds and blankets, carriers or totes and strollers.  Please measure and compare according to your dog's actual measurements rather than assumed size of your pet, whether by breed or weight.    If your pet is on the cusp or borderline of a particular size measurement as depicted on the chart we suggest you adjust to the nearest appropriate size. What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. currency. Taxes will be added to Massachusetts and Rhode Island Residents only. 


Can I place my order through the mail and pay with a money order? Or Use Paypal invoicing instead?

Although you may print your order prior to checkout and mail it to us along with your money order, it is recommended that you contact us first to check availability of the item(s) being ordered.  If you prefer you may elect to use Paypal invoicing. Contact us for further order processing information.


Do you collect sales tax?

Taxes will be added on applicable items to Massachusetts Residents only. 


What is your standard method of shipping?

Our standard methods of shipping are USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground and and Fedex Ground. Overnight and Expedited shipping are also available.

 

How much will shipping & handling cost?

We use real-time shipping rates. The cost depends on the weight of the item(s) and your location. Your shipping rate will be displayed during checkout before you enter in your payment information. You can estimate your shipping cost by adding desired items into your Shopping Bag and clicking the estimate shipping link. If you have a discount code please enter it at checkout time.


Please note: Additional charges may be accessed to international orders by your government or shipping carriers for Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or Brokerage fees. We are not able to predict what these charges will be and responsibility for them will be left up to the customer. NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT OFFERED FOR ALL COUNTRIES AT THIS TIME. WE CURRENTLY SERVICE INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS TO CANADA ONLY.  WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. ( A List of future countries that can be serviced may be posted at any given time. What is your delivery time? When will I receive my order?
Shipping Time: 

Shipping times vary depending on item availability. In stock items ship within 1-2 business days. If an item is not in our warehouse, a estimated shipping time is noted on the item page and in notifications sent after checkout (The estimated shipping time noted does not include transit time. Please allow 3-5 business days for transit time once your item has left our warehouse.

Please note: Your order may contain Special Order Items. Special Order items can take additional time to leave our warehouse (even if you chose an expedited shipping method). Special Orders/Back Orders usually ship within 10-14 business days. Please contact us for more information on delivery time for your order.


Special Order Items 
What does it mean when something will be special ordered?

Many of our items come in numerous sizes, colors, and styles. Because of this, we do not keep every single variation in stock at all times. If we do not have it in stock, an automated message will be sent to you with notification of special ordered item(s). The majority of our special order items can take 3-6 business days to process plus additional shipping time to arrive in our warehouse, depending on the manufacturer. Estimated delivery times can vary and may take up to 14 business days as listed on each of the item pages to arrive to you after the order placement. If you need something by a certain date and there is an item that is special order, please contact us info@daiseysdoggiechic.com to find out when it will be available for delivery.We will ship your order within 1 business day of our receipt of the special order item.
 
If you choose an expedited shipping method on an order that contains special order item(s), the shipping method does not apply until after we receive your item in.
 

Do you ship to other countries or overseas?

Currently we ship internationally to Canada only. We may ship to countries that USPS, UPS, and Fedex service to. (A list of other countries may be posted at any given time. Please check back,or contact us for information regarding your country's shipping policies.) 


How do I use my coupon, store credit or gift certificate?

To use your coupon, enter your coupon code in the Discount Code field on the Review and Submit order page during checkout. To use your store credit or gift certificate, enter your credit code in the Gift Certificate field on the Review and Submit page during checkout. Be sure to click Apply before submitting your order.


Can I change or revise or cancel my order?
