Currently we ship internationally to Canada only. We may ship to countries that USPS, UPS, and Fedex service to. (A list of other countries may be posted at any given time. Please check back,or contact us for information regarding your country's shipping policies.)
Please note: Additional charges may be accessed to international orders by your government or shipping carriers for Taxes, Tariffs, Duties, or Brokerage fees. We are not able to predict what these charges will be and responsibility for them will be left up to the customer. NOTE: INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT OFFERED FOR ALL COUNTRIES AT THIS TIME. Special Order Items and Official Licensed Sports Items
We do try to consolidate items ordered and ship all items together, when possible If we do not have it in stock, an automated message will be sent to you with notification of special ordered item(s). Depending on reasonable restock dates, the order will wait to ship until all items are available. The majority of our special order items can take 3-6 business days to process plus additional shipping time to arrive in our warehouse, depending on the manufacturer. However, if the entire order cannot be shipped together due to extended wait time of restock or special ordered items, or direct ship items, Only the items on hand will ship. The remainder of the order will follow asap. Estimated delivery times can vary and may take up to 14 business days, excludes Holidays and weekends, as listed on each of the item pages to arrive to you after the order placement.
If you need something by a certain date and there is an item that is special order, please contact us at email@example.com to find out when it will be available for delivery. We will ship your order within 1 business day of our receipt of the special order item.
Sizing and Fit:
Please understand that we offer merchandise manufactured by many different designers and sizes will vary from designer to designer. Pets come in a variety of sizes and shapes, and as such no two are alike.
We suggest that you measure your pet carefully, when making your selection, according to your dog's actual measurements rather than size or pet weight or by pet breed.

What is your return policy?
We want to make sure that your dog absolutely loves his or her shopping experience at Daisey’s Doggie Chic which is why we gladly accept a one-time merchandise exchange on returned orders within 7 days of receipt of your order under the following guidelines:
Our products are first rate, never, used, and as such we uphold to a high standard of product quality control. We value our staff and petamily members, and want to ensure that a high quality, safe,healthy environment is enjoyed by all. All returns are thoroughly inspected by trained customer service personnel to ensure that the highest quality of our products is maintained. If any return falls short of expectations, no refund will be honored. A one-time exchange swap or merchandise credit will be honored (excludes NFL, MLB, NCAA,NHL,NBA items) Exchange items will be shipped back to you at no additional shipping cost to you (excludes NFL, MLB, NCAA,NHL,NBA items). Any order (excludes NFL, MLB, NCAA,NHL,NBA items see above reference on Special Orders and Official Licensed Sports items) being returned without an exchange will be assessed a restock fee based on the condition the returned item is in. Original shipping costs will also be deducted from the purchase price on non-exchange returns. Please adhere to all policy prior to requesting a return authorization.
All approved returns/exchanges must be completed within 7 days of receiving the order. Item must be in original packaging with its manufacturer's tags attached. Item MUST be unused and in its original sellable condition as was shipped to you, (a restocking fee of 50% to 100% may be applied if item is not in its original condition)
Return Instructions & Policies:
Packaging, purchase receipts or invoices, attached mfg. tags, and small parts or accessories originally shipped with the item must accompany all returns to qualify for refund or portion thereof. We accept returns within 21-days of order date only. Returns postmarked after 21 days of order date will be returned to the buyer. As reputable sellers we follow strict Health & Sanitation Laws, and as such, any returned item should be in its original state complete with attached mfg. tags, as it was shipped, and devoid of any foreign material, pet hair, fur, stains, tears odors, scratches, punctures, teeth marks, pulls etc. Restock fee range from 25% to 50% and will be deducted from the returned item plus applicable seller's shipping costs. Costumes returned after the Holiday (ie., Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras,Easter, 4th of July) are assessed 50% restocking fee. Damaged goods returned assess a deduction of 100% purchase price as a restock fee. Any foreign material or damage (i.e. pet fur, hair, stains, odors, scratches, teeth marks, punctures, etc.) found to be on the returned item will result in a 50%-100% restock fee deduction depending on condition of item being returned. NFL & MLB are special order items and are assessed at a base rate of 40% restock fee, if item is returned in its original condition. Applicable restock fees will apply if the NFL or MLB item is not returned in its original condition. Item(s) returned after the thresh hold of 21 days of order placement, will not be eligible for any portion of refund. Item(s) returned not in its original state, will not be eligible for any portion of refund. Please reference Special Order Official Licensed Sports Items for returns approvals. The following items are Non-returnable/Non-refundable: dog beds, crates, padding, blankets, carriers, bags, strollers, play pens, tents, pillows, grooming supplies, food, edibles, toys, sanitary supplies, cleaning supplies, flea medications & heartworm medication, vitamins, eyewear, leashes & collars.
Applicable refunds are issued back to buyer's original form of payment, unless a store credit is requested.
We recommend that the package be insured, in case of loss (buyer’s cost of return shipping and insurance is non-refundable).

Appropriate return/exchange and/or original order form(s) must be included with item being returned for proper transaction. Return shipping and packaging costs and/or shipment insurance obtained by consumer on/for returns are not reimbursed nor refundable, and are solely the responsibility of the consumer.
Orders older than 21 days of order date are not eligible for exchange or return.

Monograms, Embroidery, Engraving, Hand Painted, Free-Styled, Inked, Stenciled etc.
Simply fill out the return authorization, include the packing slip that arrived with the original item(s), indicate whether you would like a refund, store credit, or an exchange (if you have already placed a reorder please note this on your return form). If you would like to place an exchange order along with your returned merchandise, please write the quantity, item number, color, and size of the new item you would like. You may choose any shipping method to ship the items back to us. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via Federal Express, UPS or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
Packing: Return unused, unwashed item(s) being in its original wrapping/packaging, all tags must be attached. Item(s) must be devoid of any pet fur and or dander,stains, odors, tears, rips, burns, chew marks, scratches, puncture marks or any other foreign matter of any kind. All items being returned will be inspected for quality purposes. Any item that defaults quality control will be assessed damages and may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Please ship unused items along with enclosed return form to the address provided on your return.
